REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

At Flexstore, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Damaged or Defective Items – If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
Incorrect Item Received – If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost or Delayed Orders – If your order is lost in transit or delayed beyond 30 days (based on tracking updates), you may request a refund.
Order Not Received – If your order shows "delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with your local courier. If unresolved, contact us within 5 days of the delivery status update.

Non-Refundable Situations

Buyer’s Remorse – We do not accept refunds for change of mind.
Incorrect Shipping Address – If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for lost orders.
Delayed Processing – If processing takes slightly longer than expected due to high demand or supplier delays, refunds are not applicable unless the delay exceeds CJ Dropshipping’s timeframe.

How to Request a Refund

2️⃣ Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
3️⃣ If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 6 hours of purchase.
  • After this timeframe, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
